You will be told when your car is despatched, the drivers name, the vehicle registration & description, a quote for the journey (new feature), tracking link for live vehicle tracking using a smart phone and finally another text when the car has arrived.

Continuing with our policy to provide you with as much information as possible the fare is now displayed on the drivers PDA. The PDA ‘Personal Digital Assistant’ is the object that looks like a mobile phone affixed to the windscreen of your drivers car.
When your journey concludes the fare that you have to pay will be clearly displayed on this device so you can be confident that you are paying the correct fare.

Briefly here are some of the pre-requisites for obtaining a 5 star grading :
Full driver records, vehicle records, published Fare Tariff, detailed Driver Identity Badges, a duplicate driver photograph held with his/her records and evidence that a formal driver applicant interview process is in place.
Also, documented formal complaints procedure indicating the final
outcome and established Staff & Driver training procedures for which the progression outcomes are fully documented.
And finally, progression towards obtaining a recognised total Quality Management System such as ISO 9000.
